BOSS is a workshop series that supports individuals to launch, re-launch, expand or pivot their business with a coherent strategy.

The Business Plan

BOSS consists of twelve one-to-one mentoring sessions in which we explore each section of your business plan and important areas of self-discovery for a whole person process. There are nine business planning modules. We start with Purpose and then work through each part of the Business Plan – Values, Customer, Competition, Brand, Marketing, Numbers, Cogs (Legals, Logistics, Team) to support business owners and leaders.

How it Works

For individuals:

  • Series of 9 workshops.
  • Each session is 1.25 hours.
  • Delivered online or in-person.
  • 1-2-1 Programmes facilitated by Renée Elliott.

For Council groups:

  • Each session is 2.5 hours.
  • Delivered online or in-person.
  • Facilitated by Renée Elliott and Sam Wigan.
