Life Connect – Move (Breakfast Event)

September 10 @ 8:15 am - 10:30 am

Life Connect – Move

£35 non-members / FREE for members.

Join us for a breakfast bowl and real conversation this month as we go round the table to discuss exercise, how to bring more movement into your life and what’s the right way for you. Maybe you know exercise is important but still  find it hard to make time or figure out where to start. Or you used to be active and now you rarely get up a sweat. Or you think that exercise is just not your thing. Wherever you are, moving is vital for your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing and it makes sense to build it into your schedule as a natural, joyful part of your life. In this session we find out how.

Health and fitness coach Baz Moffat joins us as our expert Mentor this session. Renée Elliott, (Founder, Planet Organic), and Sam Wigan, (Executive Life Coach, Thrive Global), will also participate. As a group we’ll explore ideas, discover solutions and increase momentum in the week.

Come along if you

… want to move more but not sure how to start,

… would like to find which form of exercise is right for you,

… are coming through a significant life transition or injury and need a new approach,

… feel put off by comparing yourself to others,

… are stuck in a pattern of stop-starting and eager to be consistent,

… used to think “not for me” but now open to new possibility,

… value new perspectives and support from others.
