In 1995\, she founded Planet Organic\, the UK’s first organic supermarket and a successful multi-million pound brand. She challenged conventional retailing and proved that values-led\, commercially-driven business is good business. \nA health and well-being expert\, Renée recently published her third book\, ‘What to Eat and How to Eat it’. She is a prolific lecturer\, teaches healthy baking and is a full-on mother to her three children. \nIn 2017\, Renée and her business partner\, Sam Wigan\, launched Beluga Bean\, a membership academy empowering people to work better and live better. \n  \n \nAllison Mecham Evans \nAllison has a gift for supporting parents and a rare ability to bring immediate sense of calm\, relaxation and renewed confidence simply through her presence. She has combined this gift with her years of experience to develop a pioneering new method for promoting ease\, happiness and wellbeing in the early months of parenthood. \nFor many years Allison practiced globally as a high level HypnoBirthing Educator\, helping mothers to have calm\, easy births. Her practice and her own experience as a mother revealed that\, whilst a transformed experience of birth was possible\, this didn’t protect parents from the challenges of the early months of parenthood and the multiplicty of demands being faced by familes with young children. She determined to change this paradigm\, including for mothers juggling demanding careers and the accompanyibg decsions about when and how to return to work. \nCombining a practical schedule of strategic preparation\, a deeply compassionate approach\, and follow on support to address challenges when they show up\, Allison is able to create a new paradigm of ease and happiness through pregnancy\, early parenthood and beyond. \n  \n
