Baz is an elite health and fitness coach with an expertise in supporting wellness at all stages of life. Her holistic approach focuses on core, nutrition, pelvic floor and identifying exercise that best aligns with you and your body. She has a specialist interest in women’s wellness, including pre-natal, post-natal, peri-menopausal and menopausal health. The common thread throughout her work is to achieve one common goal – helping you to move freely and embrace life.
Baz is a former elite rower and medallist with GB Rowing, has a first class honours in Sports Science and a Masters in Health Related Behaviour Change, and over 20 years experience helping others in the health and fitness sector.
Informed by her personal experience of having children, raising a family and being a mum in her 40’s, Baz has applied her knowledge to the research and design of programmes that specifically respond to differing phases and transitions in life. Too often the way we’re conditioned to think about exercise is out of synch what’s true for us. This leads to the pitfalls of over-training, never starting or a stop-and-start cycle that doesn’t deliver. In contrast, Baz’s holistic approach helps to shift mindsets and is highly responsive to current realities. Combined with her drive, enthusiasm and compassion, she has been able to help hundreds of clients discover their next level of vitality and sustain great health for the long term.
The success of these methods, and her unique combination of experience and coaching capability, has earned Baz a thriving practice in London and reputation as a go-to-trainer for anyone wanting to get their body and fitness back on track.
